While the reason that I went in was not positive, I am so glad that I was referred to Alaska Family Sonograms. The entire experience erased the previous negative one I had at a different practice. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The imaging technician explained everything gently, made me feel comfortable and informed instead of like a dollar sign. I feel like I left with a better understanding about my body, and hopeful and empowered for the future. I hope I will return in the future to hear a heartbeat and see a tiny human swimming around.

Even though I was going in to possibly find out bad news, I felt very at peace in there. Very calm and comfortable experience. The staff were very confident and knowledgeable, felt like I was in good hands. Certainly recommend, very professional, welcoming, and overall positive experience.

Radine went above and beyond for my family and we got beautiful ultrasound pictures and videos. Thank you!
