I've visited at least once a month (sometimes several times a month) for the better part of the year as I fight against infertility to get pregnant. Lori Coverdale is consistent, respectful, patient, gentle- I VERY MUCH appreciate that I have the same staff member every visit. The office has a relaxing atmosphere with gorgeous local photos. The consistency of service is wonderful in the is world of inconsistencies!! My one complaint is that prices increased recently and I wasn't informed of it ... it wasn't a great surprise. When you're shelling out money month after month and still not getting pregnant, you get a little sore about prices ... it would have been nice to have been informed ahead of my appointment instead of at checkout.

Our ultrasonographer Gary went above and beyond to give us comfort after a previous ultrasound of our baby came back with inconclusive results. He came in on his day off to do our two week recheck. Him, his wife and their radiologist did a lot of research to be able to say they were confident in their report. We wanted to thank Gary and let him know our baby was born perfect with absolutely no abnormalities and we appreciate the time and effort they gave to putting our minds at ease.
