I had a great experience with AK Family Sonograms. When I called, the phone was answered professionally and the staff member was very accommodating to my situation. I needed an ultrasound to see if I was having an ectopic pregnancy, and they managed to schedule me the same day since I had a referral. I was given clear instructions before my appointment, and checking in was a breeze, and I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. I'm grateful for the fantastic service and for how comfortable the staff made me feel. My concerns were taken seriously, and even though I was squeezed onto the schedule, I didn't get the feeling of being rushed through the appointment. I recommend Alaska Family Sonograms to everyone who is looking for ultrasonic imaging. Thank you again to all the staff for your superb customer service!

Very quick to get me in for a sonogram and they were very up front with the charges, and then the sonogram operator was very courteous and thorough. Reassured me that I was ok and told mt primary care physician that I was ok right after. Surprisingly quick at everything. Thanks!
