Alaska Family Sonograms (AFS) proudly accepts and files all major insurance plans, both in-network and out-of-network. Coverage for medical ultrasound exams varies from one insurance carrier to the next and even between the different plans for a single carrier. In the absence of insurance coverage, and as payment for patient-responsibility fees, we here at Alaska Family Sonograms accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. For details on deductibles, copayments and co-insurance that may constitute patient-responsibility fees, consult your insurance plan or call your insurance company.
Cash Pay
Patients who pay for the complete amount of their visit in cash will receive a 30% discount.
